General
Assembly:
The supreme organ of the Union is the General Assembly. Each
member is represented at the General Assembly of the Union
by its Regional Committee, which is composed of the President,
Vice-President, Secretary General, Treasurer and 5 members
who form the Regional Council which is elected for three years.
The Famagusta Regional Union is represented by the President
and the Secretary General, due to the small number of Communities
it represents, as the remaining 83 have been occupied by the
Turkish Army since 1974.
Administrative Council:
The Administrative Council has 17 members, who are the Presidents,
the Vice-Presidents, the Secretaries General and the Treasurers
of the Regional Councils.
The Famagusta District is represented
at the Administrative Council by its President at the . The
Administrative Council elects the President, the Vice-President,
the General Organiser, at its meeting following the General Assembly, which meets
after the appointment of the Regional Councils. The Administrative
Council executes the decisions of the General Assembly and
carries out the spade-work relating to issues examined at
the General Assembly which manages and conducts the work of
the Union and sees that the provisions of the Articles are
observed.

Executive Committee:
The Executive Committee is composed of the President, Vice-President,
General Organiser, and the
Presidents and Vice-President of the Regional Unions, as long
as they do not hold an organic position in the Union, and
it has the responsibility and authority for the following:
A. It executes or materializes the decisions of the Administrative
Council.
B. It refers to the Administrative Council all the issues
arising during its proceedings.
C. The President of the Union represents the Union together
with the Secretary and Executive Secretary in its relations
with third parties, namely any Authority, Body, Organism or
Court, whereas the Executive Secretary is also in charge of
dispatching the work of the Union.
